    Where were you?

What are some huge events that have occured during your life, and where did you happen to be during them?

    For me:

I was going skiin when I heard about the Columbia....... I was in 7th grade

I was in Mississippi when I heard about Bill Clintons affair not a big deal but I thought of that today lol....

9/11 I was in Science class in 6th grade when I heard about it, I had heard rumours before then but didn't know until the last hour of the day.

I got others but I'll let you guys add some.

Elway stops, loads up, throws deep down the middle of the field and Rod Smith's got it!

    In Cronilogical order:
I was in my 5th grade class when we heard that the space shuttle Challenger blew up during liftoff. My teacher, Ms. Regan, cryed when she told us. I don't know if it blew up that day or if it was the day before, but that was when I heard about it.
I was at a superbowl party up in Kotzebue when the Broncos won their first superbowl, and got all choked up seeing Elway celibrating.
I was down here in Anchorage for the repeat.
I was waking up, and my TV was on, at the Red Dog Mine when they were showing footage of the first tower that was hit on the 11th of September. I was watching and they were speculating on what happened, when the second tower was struck. Me and my boss watched the news all day in the central office (we've got a TV in there to adjust the channels).
I was watching TV in the same office when space shuttle Cloumbia was overdue, and they showed footage of it blowing up.

9/11- I was falling out of the back of my dads pickup truck on the way to school when a friend told me.
