Josh Freeman Mock Draft!!!
He is going to be a option if Denver trades Jay Cutler!!!
There is a chance that both Strafford and Sanchez are both off the board at 12. Josh Freeman 6'6" 250lbs 20 TD's and 8 Int's on a team that didn't even come close to Georgia or USC in surrounding talent. Cutler Trade Denver trades Jay Cutler to Detroit for it's 1st(20th) , 2nd and 2010 2nd Round Pick Free Agents to be signed. 1. Jeff Garcia - Signs 1 year contract and will be solid starter while rookie QB learns. ![]() 2. Vonnie Holiday Signs a 3 year contract and will be starting DE. Trades 1. Denver trades Tony Scheffler to Philly for it's 3rd Round Pick. 2. Denver trades Elvis Dumervil to Buffalo for it's 3rd Round Pick. __________________________________________________ ____________________________________________ 2009 NFL Draft Jacksonville selects Mathew Strafford 8th Pick in the Draft 49ers select Mark Sanchez 10th Pick in the Draft 12th Pick in the Draft---------------------Josh Freeman QB Kansas St. Denver pulls the trigger because the Jets would have taken Freeman at 17. ![]() TRADE*****Denver trades the 20th + 4th Round Pick pick to NY Giants for their 1st and 2nd Round Pick. NY Giants select WR Darius Hayward-Bey Tall WR to take over for Plexico Burress who shot himself. 29th Pick in the Draft----------------Connor Barwin OLB Cincinnati 6'4" 256lbs Denver gets a very versatile player ![]() 33rd Pick in the Draft---------------------Lawerence Sidbury JR 6'3" 266lbs Rush OLB ran a 4.62 forty yard dash and 28 reps of 225lbs ![]() 48th Pick in the Draft---------------------Ron Brace NT Boston College Brace is falling a little after running a 5.5 forty yard dash at combine. 60th Pick in the Draft---------------------Andre Brown RB NC State 6'0" 224lbs BIG , FAST and STRONG ran a 4.47 forty and benched 225lbs 24 times. 75th Pick in the Draft(via Buffalo)------Chip Vaughn SS Wake Forest 6'2" 224lbs Excellent safety to learn from Dawkins. 79th Pick in the Draft--------------------Keenan Lewis CB Oregon St. 6'1" 200lbs Tall CB to cover tall AFC WR's 85th Pick in the Draft(via Philly)--------Jasper Brinkley ILB South Carolina 6'2" 252lbs ran a 4.67 forty. Denver without a 4th round pick grabs Brinkley a little early but he is worth it at end of 3rd Round. 132nd Pick in the Draft(via Seattle)----Chris Baker NT Hampton 6'2"326lbs DE/NT 141st Pick in the Draft------------------Mike Wallace WR Mississipi 6'1" 198lbs Very fast WR. 172nd Pick in the Draft-----------------Robert Francois OLB Boston College. 6'2" 244lbs Francois is excellent pickup in 6th Round. 206th Pick in the Draft------------------Roy Miller DE/NT Texas Very hard working Dlineman. 218th Pick in the Draft------------------Kalif Mitchell DE/NT East Carolina 6'5" 320lbs __________________________________________________ ____________________________________________ Denver adds 4 LB's in the draft -Barwin , Sidbury , Brinkley and Francios. This is needed with the switch to a 3-4 Defense. Denver drafts 4 Defensive Linemen - Brace , Baker , Miller and Mitchell to help solidify the Defensive line. By trading Dumervil Denver gets Safety Chip Vaughn By trading Scheffler , Denver gets Jasper Brinkley I think both of those are good young players and both have very bight NFL futures. |

its pretty obvious were not trading dumervil
and jacksonville will take a WR or a tackle with their 1st pick and wasnt it you who told me jasper brinkley was a horrible choice in the 3rd round, and is a 5th round pick at best? lmao....nice try, it looks like you put a good 10 minutes of work into this ![]() |

Jasper Brinkley is rated 4th or 5th Round Player. So a late 3rd is high but this scenario Denver doesn't have a 4th do to trade.
How do you say Dumervil isn't available for trade. Anyone is available for trade. ie : Cutler. McDaniels will give Dumervil a look in camp and see he can't back pedal or cover a RB out of the backfield and trade his butt very soon. Dumervil is a DE only. Go back and watch the tape on him. Imagine him trying to cover Leon Washington RB NY Jets out of the back field. Come on it would be a Joke. Heck DJ has problems covering fast RB's out of the backfield. Dumervil is good as gone. Traded to Buffalo , Cincinatti , Washington , Carolina when they trade Peppers. Gone. |

if they already know they're gonna trade dumervil why would they tell him that he'd be moving to OLB and competing for a starting spot this year?

I don't think we're trading Dumervil, and if we do I doubt we get a 3rd round pick.
Other than that its alright. Not a big fan of Josh Freeman at 12, but its hard to argue if we need a QB. I think Andre Brown is a huge reach where you have us taking him, and I doubt Chris Baker falls that far. With as many teams transitioning to a 3-4, and the lack of NTs in this draft, I really don't think he falls past the 4th round. __________________

Freeman = Best QB in the draft and would be scary in our system.

So many Madden trades...
NY would not trade up to take DHB when Kenny Britt is the samething just a bit slower and a lot more proven. I doubt Doom garners a 3rd round pick either. Oh, and why the hell is Jax. taking Stafford???? __________________

I still think short and long term trading Jay Cutler to Detroit for it's 1st(#20) , 2nd and 2010 2nd Round Pick is the smartest move.
Jeff Garcia - is more than capable of playing well enough to get us into the Playoffs. I could argue that we will do as well with Garcia as Cutler!!! Vonnie Holiday - is still a better player than tyson jackson. With all the extra picks Denver could extra picks to build our Defense into a Dominate Defense. Connor Barwin - could be great OLB Lawerence Sidbury - Huge Potential at OLB. Jasper Brinkley - could be very solid ILB. Chip Vaughn - Great Strong Safety. Keenan Lewis- solid CB. And Josh Freeman sitting for 1 year could learn McDaniels system!!! |
