Both Alabama and LSU are in the SEC West, an if LSU beats Alabama then they'll both have one loss (each to a conference opponent), but since LSU will have the head-to-head, I do believe that would mean that LSU has a re-match of Florida in the SEC Championship rather than Alabama.

Oklahoma was overrated last year, Florida was lucky to get to play them. Texas would have dominated UF last year.

They'll dominate 'em this year, provided both teams take care of business.

Not the entire world, just the "Big"12... but they did the same thing last year and we all remember how that worked out.

If that scenerio does happen, I guess we take Iowa, TCU and Boise's coaches and let them fight it out in a battle royale... that seems to be the best, and most entertaining, way to solve that little problem.

That is correct ..... My mistake ...

If Bama and Florida win out ..... The winner of the SEC game would obvioulsy get the Nod .... If Bama loses to LSU and LSU beats Florida in the title game as impressive as that would be...I dont think that would be enough to get them past a undefeated Big 10 school,Big East or any of the other non bcs contenders as far as title contention .....

I think they would end up bumping the non bcs schools but not Iowa and or Natti if they would happen to win out .....

Doubtful ... They dont try to do anything ....

If Iowa goes undefeated and gets in whether me,you,or anyone else agrees with it.....They earned it ..

It should also be noted that they were heavy underdogs in both the games they lost. Texas was supposed to destroy us, and we were damn close to beating them. In the Florida game, there was a terrible off sides call on the onside kick which Iowa recovered, and ultimately that was the game. Iowa will not get blown out by ANYONE, mark it down. Their defense is too tough throughout the game and their offense makes plays when they need too. If your expecting to see a repeat of 41-14 Florida over OSU in the title game, don't get your hopes up.

It's not that I WANT them to get blown out, I just want to see an exciting college CG. I think the last good one was the Miami-OSU 2 OT game or the Texas-USC CG with the winning score in the last minute of the game.

I really dont know what will happen .... I refuse to hate on a 1 loss LSU team .. I would hate on a 1 loss Bama team but as it has been covered ...I dont see how it could get to that ...Reason being in the last few years LSU/Florida have been on top of the NCAA food chain and Bama just got spanked by Utah last year ....

Side note I realize that the Tide is one of the schools on top of the NCAA food chain in the manner concerning the history of the sport both LSU and Florida dont have anything on them at all in them regards ....

Alabama won't lose so who knows!! LSU still has to beat Ole Miss and Ark which they have failed to do in the past 2 years!! I really dislike Les Miles, I believe I've said that before

Boise St beats up on another WAC opponent. I agree with Herbstreet that Boise St needs to switch to the Pac 10 and start scheduling other big conferences on their schedules (Big 10, Big 12, SEC) and I say WAZZU changes to the WAC j/k. I believe Oregon would tear up Boise St if they played today! Boise will never get any respect as long as they keep beating up WAC teams year in and year out!!

Didn't they have to block 2 field goals to beat Northern Iowa at home???

I also watched most of the Arkansas State game which went down to the wire AT IOWA.

I would pick ANY OTHER team currently ranked in the Top 10 to beat Iowa.

Boise State switching to the Pac 10? That will not be a pretty sight..
