Now that the Broncos Big Blue Blanket has shut down another good team that they might meet in the playoffs, while the offense isn't as good as last year but is definitely getting better each game, it's time to think of the SUPER BOWL!
By the time we make the playoffs with home field advantage throughout, every team will be so intimidated by the Big Blue Blanket and its smothering defense that all we have to do is score 11-18 points and they will know the game is lost and give up. It's called intimidation. And since everybody's young, even the coach, it's a DYNASTY! Are there any doubters left? If so, get over it, I only want to hear positive. How many straight Super Bowls do you think we WILL win? ![]() |

Big Mustard Blanket, Who Cares?
The V over our former obstacle to the playoffs San Diego proves that the Dream Team of Denver has finally arrived, even stronger than the Elway teams that won the Super Bowls! The Big Blue Blanket got off to a slow start but came through in the 2nd half, smothering San Diego so bad they may never get over it! Kyle Orton may be no Elway, but then, who needs another irreplaceable primadonna anyway? All we need is a real good QB who can score without throwing picks all the time like in the days of Pick A Minute Plummer. We don't need no super arm QB who wins it all by himself. Since the Big Blue Blanket normally holds the other team to 10 points or less, all we gotta do is score one more than they do, and I'm confident we're going to get used to winning and not want to change our winning ways. It seems that each game the Broncos get stronger while their opponents don't. These are the days to remember when our young new coach established himself at the top and stayed there a long long time!
I gotta thank the Chargers for both breaking us last season and making us this season. Get used to being #2 San Diego, okay? |

Big Blue Blanket Doesn't Work on Purple?
I guess I did it again, let the Broncs get me worked up until reality hit. So they're 6-1 now, that's still fantastic. So we'll shoot for 15-1, home field advantage in the playoffs, and a win over the Saints in the Super Bowl?

Big blue blanket worn out
How about the Broncs and their Big Blue Blanket? They took on the world champion Steelers at home and for three quarters they were more than a match for them. Too bad, our very Ortonary QB threw the game away with all them pics and 3-and-outs, until our defense just plumb wore out and let them rip us apart with 3 straight TDs. I almost said turned our big blue blanket into an orange snot rag
Oh well, if we still had Cutler I know we'd have won convincingly and shown the world we're for real. Not that it's all the fault of the QB, we sorely need some 1st down making running backs to eat up the clock and give the defense time to rest, nobody can be on the field for all 60 minutes and not wear down. Maybe Terrell Davis should be called in as a coach to teach them his instant-turn tricks. I hope Coach McDaniels finds a fix for the offense so we can get back on the road to the Super Bowl and take them all on. I'm still a believer and wouldn't trade places with any other team's fans right now. |
