Mitch Erickson from South Dakota State

As a current student at South Dakota State(aka SDSU) I have watch Mitch lead a ZBS line to one of the best running teams in the FCS. The line has been our best offensive weapon over the past couple of years. I haven't watched a game in my three year campaign where a defense could consistently get pressure on the QB or stop our run game that averaged over 5yds a carry last season. I really hope this guy makes it and I think he can. I have talked to this guy multiple times and he's a high character, hard working, nice guy that will be a great addition to the team.

Erickson, a 6-foot-6, 285-pound offensive lineman, signed with the Denver Broncos. A native of Hutchinson, Minn., Erickson started all 44 of the team’s games at either guard or tackle during his Jackrabbit career from 2004-07. Selected as an All-American by The Associated Press, American Football Coaches Association and College Sporting News following his senior season, Erickson was part of an offensive unit that averaged 34.2 points per game and allowed only 12 sacks during the 2007 campaign
