Omar jacobs is great but to get him we'd have to risk not getting a good pass rusher with the redskins pick.

There is not alot of difference between Jacobs and Van Pelt, IF Van Pelt becomes a tad more accurate. He looked good this preseason.

i would love to see jacobs on the broncos, thats would would be great. jakes got another 2 good years ahead of him and i think we should be looking to develop a quarterback now so hes ready by then.
I think jacobs is a junior so he may not even come out this year, but i hope he does i can't wait to see if he can make the transition to the nfl. Van Pelt in my opinion makes a good back up quarterback but i dont think he can make it as a starter. he had a good preseason but he was also playing against 2nd and 3rd string players. He hasn't shown me or anyone else he can play with the big boys. |

As for Jake the Snake, I think he's got a little more than 2 years left in him (he's only 31, and qb's can last longer, especially with the new rules protecting him)...I'll give him at least 4 more years. |
