I just heard that he signed through 2009.

I am really happy for the guy, because since the off-season programs have started he has been widely considered the hardest working player on the team. He doesnt deserve to make scrub money.

He is a prime example that people can change. All h.e talsk about now is being the best at his position, and repairing his damaged legacy. I know he has said he is playing for the money, but can you blame him he has like 3 or 4 kids.

I was curious if the fans on this site think he has changed like I do.

Fins I hope he does well for you.

As long has he keeps his nose clean him and Brown will form a nice 1-2 punch

I wish your team the best this year, especially two games in particluar;)

Lastly I really hope they win on opening day and Pennington has a field day vs Brett Interception Im retired, uh not I am not Favre.

Well I did pick Jax to make the Super Bowl this year so I hope Garrard does as well as I think he can.

Not a bad team.

I like Whosyour mamma and Steven Jackson.

good team. luck is always a factor as well.

I've always liked Ricky Williams.... and I must believe he can change because I've signed him to one of my fantasy teams....

I really hope the best for the guy!

Two things.

1) I friggin forgot the draft. I can't keep up with my addiction. So much for that repeat.

Second, I hope it works out. Who knows, Pennington/Williams/Ginn, Jr. cpould be the start of the turnaround.

He can say that he has changed but it is just a matter of time to see what actually happens. I do hope for his health that he has changed. Though I wouldn't be surprised if he screws up again.

I really like Ricky the running back. Hope for his sake he can stay clean from the weed. He's a talented rb.

I'm always happy when a guy with his upside plays to his potential. I dumped some guys to get him on two of my fantasy teams and Pennington as well. Good luck this season

I am a Ricky Williams fan. Sure he's different, off the wall, sometimes hard to understand and even a bit lost. But he seems genuine in many ways. He's been misunderstood, possibly because of his communication style and lifestyle, but he's still a likeable dude. And what he's doing on the football field is amazing. Few would have given a chance a while back. I hope he continues to make a successful comeback. And it's all very possible. I've mentioned John Riggins before, and as a fan of his, I was even surprised by his fabulous return to football after taking a year off, when many thought he had finished his career. In fact, his best years followed.

Go Ricky!!
