Did you know that Clady is a top 5 Offensive lineman in the NFL? Top 3 Tackle if you want to be more specific. VJ isn't a top 5 receiver so how is rated higher than Clady? Other than that, not bad even though theres no DOOM....

How can you be a top 3 LT, when you allow 8 sacks.

Clady 1 great year and 1 bad year. Now he gets to break the tie.

VJ is a top 5-8 WR.

Just need to seem him another year in the 3-4 first. Plus he needs a better all around game. Pass rusher, great. Everything else needs some work.

give me 5-8 LTs better than Clady. I understand if you cant though, there aren't 5-8 LTs better than Clady, making it virtually impossible..

Clady is the best LT in football and should therefore be #1 on this list.

We can now conclude this discussion....

He's better than Moss right now.

Fitz, A Johnson, Calvin and Steve Smith only ones definitively better.

Better LT's??

nailed, moss and jackson depend on what you look for in a WR, or age.

Can you say fly pattern?

Vincent Jackson is just another Ashley Lelie. Hopefully Vincent is still in the league in a few years. His career numbers so far are no more impressive than Lelie's were, except Lelie atleast managed to have one season averaging over 20 ypc. Jackson will never do that even though he's a one trick pony.

Did you really compare Lelie to VJ?? LMAO dumbest post of the new year.

VJ is far from a 1 trick pony. I suggest you watch some football.

VJ is a top 6 WR after 2010 he will be a consensus top 3-4.

Fitz, Cjon, Ajon, and Welker would have to see a heck of a decline for him (VJ) to be a consensus top 3-4 WR. VJ is a top 10 receiver, lets leave it at that.

Welker is a overrated system WR. He's not even in my top 30.

Not to mention coming off injury.

If you say Wayne or Steve Smith maybe. Welker??

To me Steve Smith is the best in the game.

Kyousukeneko

if welker was overrated then he would not have lead the nfl in Receptions so many times, and smith is great along with wayne, theres no doubt about it.

I think I'm gonna be sick. I actually agree with Rodrick.

but

Vincent Jackson is too jeckyl and hyde to be considered upper echilon. He'll make big plays and have big games, but when you expect it the next week, he disappears. Even with Gates on the team, he should have 90/1400/14 at the least.

Top 5:
Andre Johnson
Steve Smith
Moss
Fitzgerald
Reggie Wayne

Bottom 5:
Anquan
Welker
Calvin Johnson
Brandon Marshall
Vincent Jackson

Watch out next year:
Steve Smith (NYG)
Mike Wallace

#1. Rivers - Ya he belongs on the list
#2. Aso - Also belongs
#3. Gates - Yup him too
#4. Champ - Should be #1, can you say CANTON
#5. VJ - Best WR in the division, I'll give him that not top ten talent in Division
#6. Dielman - OK a couple of pro bowls put him here.
#7. Mcneil - Homerism puts him here (above Clady).
#8. Clady - Of course
#9. Seymour - Ya been dominant for years
#10. Charles - 1 year and makes ten best? nope

Dumervil has to be on this list.
Dawkins? C,mon.

So far I have 1-5 based on value. (Will add 6-10 later)

#1 Philip Rivers
#2 Antonio Gates
#3 Champ Bailey
#4 Brian Dawkins
#5 Nnamdi Asomugha

2 Chargers
2 Broncos
1 Raider
0 Chiefs

2-5 is pretty much a toss up depending on if you value offense or defense more. But I don't think anyone can deny if they were to have a draft pool of AFC West players only, they'd take Rivers first in a heartbeat. Side note: No Brandon Marshall really shook up the list more than I thought it would have... he'd probably go #2/#3.
