What do you think should/will happen with the New Orleans Hornets next year??

The NBA is about 2 shakes of a lambs tail from buying them (as the owner has
already endorsed this) and most likely will have to move from NO because they
are unable to support the long NBA season of the Hornets AND the Saints.

I'm praying they come to Kansas City (who appears to be in the final running with
Seattle and Anaheim). We got jipped on the Sonics/Thunder move so hopefully
we can snag the Hornets up.

Doubt it.

If they go anywhere it might be Seattle.

Probably will stay put though.

I don't think they're going anywhere, but if I had to choose, I'd go with my gut feeling and say KC.

HOW did you get jipped on the Sonics/Thunder move?? Did the city not vote in the tax for the new building? Was that not an endorsement that they didn't want to support them anymore? Were they only filling the stands only 1/2 full?

Everyone seen it coming, especially when you have an owner who is from OKC, and a City who allready proved they can support an NBA team, which they did for the Hornets for two years.:peace:

We didn't literally get jipped, KC was widely seen as one of the finalists for the
Thunder because we were building the Sprint Center downtown.

KC can support a pro basketball team, with ease, and would. I honestly have no
problem with the Thunder going to OKC besides the fact that I would have
rather them come to KC.

I highly doubt the Hornets stay put, they don't have a high enough population
and good enough economy to support the Hornets for 41 homes games AND
the Saints year in and year out. However most of it has to do with who buys
the team from the NBA.

Kc does deserve a NBA team. They had the Kings for how many years? Why did they move?
