The Raiders just took him third round in the supplemental draft.

With the right coaching I think he could be very good. But he is in Oakland so.... Yeah

Watch that kid own us...
Dont knock him till you see him play in the league.

I called that from the start.

Wont help them anytime soon.
He is suspended for 5 games, doesn't know the playbook, a rookie, a project QB, and he has character issues.

Any team to take him was/is taking a risk, luckily it was the Raiders.

He's a poor mans Vince Young and Vince Young isn't even that good in the first place.

Too high but still has a huge upside, not saying nothing since he could hurt us for years to come.

Sorry, but the guy is right. McBungles threw away a 3 picks for Tebow and he is now in a quarterback duel with Adam Weber for the #3 spot. It was the worst draft mistake since Maurice Clarett.

Yeah I'm not worried about games in Denver, given the worst human space as a QB owns the turf.

But seriously... who's surprised. Anyone who took the bet he was going elsewhere is a fool.

I doubt it's to play QB. I bet he'll turn into a good specialist player.

What's crazy is they took him in the 3rd round, which means they have no 3rd round pick next year! They also don't have a 2nd round pick or a 4th round pick. So, they will only have a 1st, 5th, 6th & 7th (unless they get some in a blockbuster trade. . . like if they trade Nnamdi. . . oh wait!)

We'll get at least 1 3rd compensation pick for the loss of Nnamdi, and most likely another for the loss of Z. Miller & Gallery.

Just saw something on ESPN that they are converting him to WR, he must be fast for davis to draft him as a WR.

Well I read that he ran like a 4.38 in his workout. A 6-5 230 player that runs around 4.38. We will probably see him in wildcat packages at first

At best he can be a great QB with Michael Vick legs or a Gonzales type of TE but faster or a large possesion WR. At worst he is a bust. 3rd round pick? I think it`s low risk high reward myself and as someone else stated, we have more comp pics coming for next years draft....Just wish he was a stellar OLB or CB or OG.......that`s where we are really hurting....
