Nuggets go into this game 0-1 after dropping their season opener at Philly.

They had their worst offensive game of the year, so we got that out of the way, so that's a plus.

Let's make it 1-1!

I miss AAA :(

Let's get it done Nuggets. Howard is gone from Orlando, so there's no excuse not to get the W.

Eh.

I can see us easily starting 0-3. I won't be mad or shocked at all.

It's going to be the Magic's first game of the year, at home. They're gonna be revved up, as will their fans. It's going to be a tough game to win.

Then we have the heat on the road, obviously a tough game to win.

Then I think we have our home debut with the Pistons.

Hopefully we win this Friday, but I am not going to panic if we don't, even though that's a team we should beat.

If they can't beat the Magic they're gonna have a hard time beating anybody. I'm sure Orlando is gonna have a much harder time stopping our offense than Philly did.

Negativity, negativity, negativity.

The Lakers, have lost to the Dirkless Mavericks and Portland. Does that mean they'll have trouble beating anyone this year? No...gimme a break.

It's Orlando's first game of the year. It's at home. The fans and the team is going to be revved up and ready to go. It's going to be a tough game.

If we met them later in the year, it's probably a pretty easy win for us. But not when it's their season and home opener.

You or anyone, would be stupid to panic if we lost this game.

We should beat Orlando. Our offense won't look like it did last night very often. I just want the same defensive intensity to be consistent every game. If we play like that defensively every game we will be tough to beat.

I also wouldn't be surprised a 0-3 start. But lets not panic.... Same with the Lakers, they are 0-2 and the sky is falling. We are still a very young team with constant turnover learning to play with each other.

Yes. No doubt. We SHOULD beat them. I'm just not going to freak out, or get mad, considering the circumstances of the game. Just like I wasn't mad last night.

I expect a win. I want a win. But I'm not going to panic if we don't get that win.

Yeah last night was dissapointing for sure but I would be more concerned had we lost 130-125

Scott Hastings just said we have only won 2 times in Orlando, our past like 23 attempts.

He wasn't 100% on the numbers, but that sounds about right.

EDIT: Actual stats from Denver Nuggets Twitter: #Nuggets have won two of the past four games in Orlando. Went 2-18 in previous 20 trips.

Hastings said he'll be, 'Shocked' if Gallo doesn't play tonight.

Sounds like they held him out last game, as pure precaution.

That's too bad, could have used him. Smart decision though.

yeah....he's always inujured, very inconsistant game in and game out, can make a couple shots than disapear for stretches....makes to many drives looking for contact rather than looking to score

thats all i hear so far...lol

Wow. Our offense looks just as awful as it did on Wednesday, and now the defense is slipping too.

Chandler is a bum.

Cant single out one guy. Our entire team sucks right now. McGee has been downright awful. Faried has been awful too. Ty is playing with no aggressiveness. Chandler doesnt look healthy and we dont have much of a scoring punch off the bench

The Denver Nuggets and this overpaid roster still pisses me off. We still have no half court game and it is the same year after year. What are they being coached. Do they practise half court basketball or does George Karl just say run run run at practise. Because hoping you can do that all the time is pathetic. Right now we look as bad as any team in the league and hopefully it gets better. I think it will and we will have a good season but this team and these overpaid players need to start earning there money.

Why the quotations?

And yes. We are fine. Sucked for two games. We'll turn it around.

Anyone who thinks this team will continue to play like this, knows nothing about basketball.

Chandler is a bum.

Really? A bum? He's far from a bum. He propelled us when he started the 2nd half. He helped cut 20 to 10. Was he great? Hell no. But he was far from a bum.

And it's only been negativity with you. Why watch? It's going to be a long season if you freak out after every loss. Every NBA team losses double digits. It happens.

Lakers aren't clicking. We aren't clicking. Thunder dropped their first game. It happens. All 3 of these teams will catch on and be fine.

Go Nuggets!

I expect us to lose the first 3 games.

It is what it is.

The offense will take a few games, maybe even 10, to really gel. No worries.

Seriously. If I see one more 'Fire George Karl' tweet on twitter, I'm going to go off on someone. Some people have ZERO clue as to the nature of the NBA and how it works.

This dribble-drive offense is crap. Everybody seems to be in the wrong position because in that offense you don't have a place on the floor, you just rotate around. It doesn't work, not for the Nuggets and Karl should scrap it now.

http://blogs.denverpost.com/nuggets/2012/10/03/denver-nuggets-add-vance-walberg-fascinating-hoops-mind-staff/7082/

Go back to pick-and-rolls and the old fastbreak and the team should be fine. Iguodala is still forcing way too many shots.

It's good to see Gallo back.
