Wow, and I wanted us to draft him.

I guess I will stick to my day job, teaching.

If all he ate was fast food you bet he is out of shape. I am so glad we didn't draft him, even if Ball doesn't work out. Heck it looks like he added 40 lbs in 6 weeks.

Maybe he had an allergic reaction to the DOUBLE BIG MACS he has been consuming?

One of the local TV stations said that he looks out of breath after running drills. They said he was literally bent over and sucking wind.

He will be traded to Dallas for a late round pick years from now?

He will be traded to Dallas for a late round pick years from now?

In 2008 he showed up to camp overweight. So, he spent two weeks pushing a weighted sled before he was allowed to practice with the team.

The end result was that Kuper took his spot and he was traded to Dallas.

Yea, I mean admittedly the video doesn't make look as unflattering as the picture did but he still looks very much out of shape... It almost looks like their best bet to get production out of him will be to hang a happy meal off the goal posts.

I wonder if they'll name a burger after Lacy like they did when Gilbert Brown when he was putting down a half dozen double Whoppers a day.

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports Eddie Lacy was the "standout" player at Saturday night's intrasquad scrimmage.

This is the same player who was deemed "fat" and "out of shape" by Twitter earlier in the week. Running backs coach Alex Van Pelt praised Lacy's conditioning following the scrimmage by saying, "I think it's just him." James Starks got the start in the scrimmage, Lacy was next, Johnathan Franklin was third, and Alex Green was fourth. Lacy racked up 65 yards on eight carries and played a team-high 17 snaps, one ahead of Starks and two more than Franklin. The Packers kick off their preseason schedule Friday night against the Cardinals, and the backfield rotation will be something to watch closely.

Lacy was held out of practice today with a hamstring pull. It's nothing serious, but hamstring injuries do have a tendency to linger
