As some of you may or may not know, I was at the Liverpool vs Chelsea Carling Cup final in Cardiff, Wales yesterday. During the course of the game, Cardiff City council officials measured a maximum sound level of 130.7dBs, beating the existing record of 128.74dBs set by the Denver Broncos fans in October 2000.

Shame that we lost on the day, but great to know I follow the two clubs with the best fans in the world. And damn, my voice is still hoarse!

COME ON YOU MIGHTY REDMEN - GO DENVER!

Leaving the game, I thought Chelsea got what they deserved, we were shocking for the first 25 minutes of the second half. 'Course when I got home and saw the penalty appeal we had turned down (Makelele on Gerrard) I got pee'd off all over again. If we'd scored at that point, 2-0 and it would have been all over.

We'll just have to take our revenge in the Champions League, if Chelsea go through :D
