I've never really gotten "the talk"...

When I was about 12 my mom started "the talk" but my sister and I just ran away.

What talk? What is this "talk"

                    J/K

I parents never gave me the talk. I learned on my own and from teachers.

My first lesson was when I wen through my dads gun safe. Trust me its not full of guns. All I can say is my first experience with playboy was a confusing one. Though I was 5. so.... yeah

                        I never got the talk.

It was sad when we had family over and my cousin had no idea what we were talking about when we made dirty jokes. I was quite suprised saying that she was fourteen.

I never got the "talk"...my mom was too embarrassed...I learned
with my friends and at school...

I gave my kids the talk...well my daughter anyway but my son didn't
want to hear it...he figured it out.

And I know my daughter would of too but I wanted to so she could
hear it from me as I have never been embarrassed to discuss anything
like that with her.And she wasn't embarrassed to hear it from me.

I never got the talk either.

My mom knew I would learn about it from my friends, and my dad tried to use the army joe and barbie technique.

                            It didn't work....

I kinda got the talk twice -

First time, we were out camping... my stepdad asked me if I had any questions on the matter, and I told him no... I'm pretty sure that was the end of it.

The second time... my Dad was running a Holliday Inn, and I was up visiting. He lived on property, so he got free PPV channels. We got busted watching... 'the talk' type movies (it was my job to switch the channel quick. I must've been distracted). The next day, they sat me and my two stepbrothers and maybe even Red down to have 'the talk'.

They asked us what we knew about 'the subject'. We were all too embarrassed to say anything, and they kept just staring at us... so eventually I chimed in with something I remembered out of a joke at school.

"Insert Tab B into Slot A'

Everyone was laughing too hard to have 'the talk'. We got off without it.
