I can't be sure, but I THINK I am a bit older than a lot of you all here. I am about to date myself lol. I never got "THE TALK" either! Back when I was young, our folks signed a slip saying we could watch those ever so thrilling (NOT) sex movies about puberty, hormones, and the like! Most kids begged their parents NOT to make them watch it. My girlfriends and I, begged our folks TO let us. We knew all that good garb anyhow by then (TV and word of mouth lol). So, it was a great excuse to be able to not attend 5th and 6th periods for a week, and go goof off instead!

First time, we were out camping... my stepdad asked me if I had any questions on the matter, and I told him no... I'm pretty sure that was the end of it.


The second time... my Dad was running a Holliday Inn, and I was up visiting. He lived on property, so he got free PPV channels. We got busted watching... 'the talk' type movies (it was my job to switch the channel quick. I must've been distracted). The next day, they sat me and my two stepbrothers and maybe even Red down to have 'the talk'.

They asked us what we knew about 'the subject'. We were all too embarrassed to say anything, and they kept just staring at us... so eventually I chimed in with something I remembered out of a joke at school.

Everyone was laughing too hard to have 'the talk'. We got off without it.
