  • R.I.P. Evel Knievel

Man I loved watching him.......he rocked before any of the "extremists" though I'm sure many, as I was, were influensed by him and his stunts.

I gotta find a way to get some skateboardin' in to show my respect for the man!!!!!

A 17-year-old has been charged with kidnapping two migrants whose rescue this week from a Houston hotel by FBI agents after days of captivity ended in gunfire that killed another suspect. Josiah Jackson was charged

I just heard this. Talk about a legend. 69 years old.

Some friends of mine met him and had dinner with him years ago. He pulled out a $100 bill, autographed it and gave it to my friends. I just shot them an email asking if they still had it.

    RIP

Remember the motorcycles he used to perform his stunts? Nothing like today's bikes. No monoshock, big heavy bike, and he still pulled most of them off.

Evil was the man. I remember my Mom getting an Evil motorcycle toy one year. I won't say how long ago, but it was a while back. I played with that thing for hours and days.

        I miss him already.

                  Yet another childhood icon gone.
I remember when my brother wore an Evil Knievel costume for halloween one year when he was 5, I think. We still have it tucked away somewhere. You know you've made it when there's a Halloween costume of yourself.

                  RIP Evil!!!!
