I simply "hate" (and believe me I don't like using that word) shirts, sweaters, jackets, etc. with itchy, scratchy labels inside the back collar. I HATE them!!!! Why do manufacturers make them like that, and why do they place them in that sensitive spot?
At least some folks have figured it out, and stamp those sometimes meaningless words on the garment, or stick the labels in a spot that doesn't interfere with my good old sensitive skin.
You see, I love worn out clothes. They feel soooo good to me. In fact, some of the clothes I wear at home are shunned by my family. They are afraid to bring over friends for fear old Dad will be walking around in old shorts (in winter) and a t-shirt with holes in it. Too bad. Those clothes are among the best friends I have left. They comfort me. They keep me feeling good. No scratchy, itchy, restricted, tight, uncomfortable stuff...at least not in the confines of my little castle. No thank you! I've done my time wearing all the right threads.... that party is over.
Give me old, soft and worn (and none of those labels!!)........
