Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Yeh, I'm sure that 1 day of lifting/working out will vastly improve your playing......
you crack me up....
and isn't this footbal related and in the anything but, forum?
In yesterdays game I got leveled on a punt return. I called for the fair catch and got nailed, couldn't breathe for at least a minute, all I heard was- I think he collapsed a lung, I was so scared- but I got up and nothing was wrong. So the very next drive I went back in and battled through the pain, but I couldn't keep up with the reciever and my coach said if I don't straiten up i'm gonna be suspended for 2 games. I thought about quiting but no- thats not me, i'm gonna spend all my off time from school lifting and working out, gotta keep pushing. So hopefully tomorrow at practice I can keep up with my fellow teamates and knock down a few passes (Btw, my team is 2-1 and I won yesterdays game 21-10). So wish me luck, these are the times I wish I could meet Champ Bailey and talk to him about reading coverages and wrapping up runners for tackles, one thing I won't be doing for a long time is returning punts though- i'm gonna stop that for the season.
