The past two days have been a pain in the butt.
So I got paid yesterday and decide to get some Outback take out. I ordered the Ribeye and some Kukaburrow Wings, the guy that took my order asked me to look at the receipt and make sure it was right, and I saw the word "Coco". So I asked it that was the KUKAburrow wings, and he said yes. That did not make since since KUKAburrow starts with KUKA not COCO, but I figured he knew his JOB. I got home and I got COCOnut shrimp. I am allergic to shrimp.
So I called to complain, after I told manger what happened and he tried to tell me that idiot that tookt the togo order thought that when I said KUKAburrow wings, do to a recent change to the name he rang in COCOnut shrimp. If that was the case way did he not change it when I asked if I was getting my wings. By the time I was done talking to these members of Mensa my steak was cold, so I did not get what I ordered and what I did get I could not enjoy.
After all that fun I logged in last night to find out the I was outrenewed in to a program called Red Sox Nation with out my permisson. Had I not gotten paid yesterday that would have caused my account to be over drawn, and I would have had to pay 30.00 + in over draft charges. It was to late last night to call and complain so I had to call today. When I talked to or what ever his name was half way around the world I was told that they may or may not refund my money. It has to go to a review board and could take 7-10 business days, to make up their mind. That only made me madder, I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told that he would tell me the same thing.
I asked once again to to speak to his Sup, and after being placed on hold for a good 4 minutes, the same thing I was told back in Sept when I was having problems with my MLB.tv subscription everytime I tired to call in. When I finally got to his sup, he was rude, cutting me off and arguing with me about this.
So needless to say once a get my free meal from Outback, I wont be back for a LONG time. But the baseball thing really stinks. I was going to renew next month when I could afford it, as well as try the MLBtv once again but now I do not want to give them one penny more due to the way they have treated me in the past. So if I am danged if I do, and danged if I do not.
Either I miss out on following my baseball team, or I give a cheating company more of my money.
