Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Would be cool to have some local people in close contact in case I ever get to Mile High! It's gonna happen! I went to the States last year but went in March so not alot to see there!
Facebook is alright, I was late to it, it is kinda weird how people from school (im recent school leaver) are happy to add you even if you hardly spoke to them while at school!
It's a great way to keep in contact with friends though, easier than calling/msging at times. I think some people are far far too obsessed with it though.
So how many of you have been hacked in the past month or so?
I got notice today that someone accessed my account from Boston on a Verizon cell phone and they sent me an email wondering if it was me.
I respect the fact they caught on and questioned me about it right away, but the security issue over this is getting beyond acceptance.
I have heard multiple stories from my little friend list these past couple of weeks and am debating total deletion. I love the place and enjoy it very much, but...

For family and friends, especially those who have had problems with security on FB - While on Facebook, look at your URL address (shown in your browser session); if you see http: instead of https: then you don't have a secure session and you can be hacked. Go to Account|Account Settings|Account Security and click Change. Check at least the first setting, FB defaults to the non-secure setting. copy and and re-post.

Thanks, BM... I'd never heard of that. Definitely good to know, and I've changed my settings.
