  • Healthy Drink Alternatives to POP or Kool-Aid??

Something that wont give me diabe**** and goes well with my workouts..

While I both agree and disagree with many posts in this thread I have to lean towards champ on this one. Jay really needs to learn how to manage the game better, and also to learn that you don't have to go for the big play EVERY time on every drive. There is something to be said to check the ball down and live to fight another day. -Great Post Cut the Excuses out please. sigh...

propel is by FAR the best of the flavored waters.....i HATE flavored water but i'm addicted to this stuff...it has about 10 calories per 8oz serving and has all sorts of vitamins in it

if you buy it in 6 packs it's .57 cents a bottle

if you buy it in powder form, it would equal about .39 cents a bottle...and it's so flavorful, and you so cheap, you could probably stretch it more than the directions indicate

if you're a kool-ade fan, try the grape...though my personal fav is the peach

Those crystal light packets aren't bad. I think you can get sugar free ones? i dunno...I drink the lightly lemon flavored one all the time.
