Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

I pick up a few boxes of those Crystal Light packets(usually max at $2.00 at Wal-Mart and they have a ton of flavors that rock)) that work for me. I buy a 16oz bottle of water(for what? .79?), insert one packet and shake. Yummeeee... then when gone I refill from the filtered thingamajig we have here at work, insert another powder packet and YUMMEEEE.... the cycle continues for about a week. Then I buy another bottle of water. I find the Arrowhead Sporttop bottle works best, though you need to keep your thumb over the top to hold it down while you shake so you don't get "flecked" with beverage. Just my :2cents: though.... CHEERS!

While I both agree and disagree with many posts in this thread I have to lean towards champ on this one. Jay really needs to learn how to manage the game better, and also to learn that you don't have to go for the big play EVERY time on every drive. There is something to be said to check the ball down and live to fight another day. -Great Post Cut the Excuses out please. sigh...
I drink a lot of the flavored waters.... I personally think that propell is too sweet.
I actually like several of the other brands better. I enjoy water with a 'bit' of flavor rather than the overwhelming flavor that propell provides.
Aquafina's citrus was really really good..... now it seems to be hard to find. But the grape is still excellent.
No calories.. flavor more than plain water... and only gives a lil more sodium than water does.
You can buy most of the flavored water much cheaper than you can the Vitamin water (which is loaded with calories).. If you find a brand that is inexpensive, but too sweet....... mix it with water. Half n half. Half sweetened water and half normal. Gives the slight flavor without adding the sugars.

Calories arent really a bad thing for me. I run about 2miles a day. Im trying to move up to 4 for my workouts. Therfore i need to keep the caloire count up. Unlike Phelps i cant go on a munchy Bingie...

Im sure it does. but they aren't listed on the packet and I don't have the box. I put the packets in my drawer here at work. But if it does have em, I'm willing to bet that they aren't huge amounts. Nothing beats a one-a-day or even 2-a-day multi. Especially if you pop 5 or 6 right before a drinking night.

that's what i do...i even mentioned he could stretch the powered propel
but sometimes i like it that sweet...when i don;t, i water it down...and it's low in calories and filled with vitamins.
i think overall, propel is the best one in combining taste, low calories and vitamins
If you're looking for a drink for after your workout, studies have shown that chocolate milk is about the best thing you can drink. Lot's of protein and calories if you're looking to gain weight. And if you mix it yourself instead of buying the nasty pre-mixed stuff, it'll be alot cheaper.
