printing question

I need to print out something that is 11" in length.

The printing paper is a 11" long. Is there any way I can change printer settings to print?

I just get a message that tells me the image is too long and will be re-sized.

No, almost all printers require a margin. A printer that can go edge to edge are super expensive.
