I like to think I'm a creative kind of person, but the problem is, I don't always follow up. I've had ideas for new products, even new songs, that I believe ended up on the market as is, or a facsimile thereof. If only I had pursued them!!!
It's funny, but we met some folks on a trip last year, who stated that they were farmers, but also "inventors". They had actually capitalized on some of their ideas. I believe they made some serious money in the process.
Anyway, I do not want to share any of my new ideas, because........ well.........it's not like I don't trust you nice people, but....
And just to give you some sense as to my potential, and because of my "exaggerated" age, I will share with you just a few of the ideas I wish I had followed up on....I still remember saying:
"I got this idea that someday we could design a big machine, full of people, that can fly....." but I didn't like the turbulence thing....
and..
"I am considering creating a machine that manipulates data according to a set of instructions."..........but I didn't think that a world full of PCs was healthy when people could be doing things outside and stuff!!!
also on my "to do" list....
"I am investigating the possiblility of developing a box-like object that heats up food instantly"......but I couldn't stand the thought of all those silly sounds it makes when finished....ding, ding, ding, etc.......
I do have a suggestion however. If you have a great idea, and you are a little cautious like I am, send it to me. I will assess all the possibilities. But just a heads up.....I may be pulling for a new team on a different site (if all goes well)....
