Oddly enough, they are not classified as a firearm in my state even though you can easily take down an elk with one. Texas and Florida consider them firearms, gee I wonder why?. I can shoot a potato over a mile with mine!

Very cool. My brother in law and nephew got in trouble for firing one in the city of Denver a few years back. He was pissed and could not understand why he got a firing a fire arm in city ticket. Now I see why.:orton:
