Nice house.....it's really likeable, especially at that price! Realestate must be inexpensive there. That's very affordable. I love the landscaping and the garage set up too. You'll even have a shed. It looks like it's been newly remodeled too.

I'm sure you'll really like it! (if they accept you're offer of course )

Real estate is quite inexpensive here. You can have waterfront property here for less than $300,000 if you play your cards right...and have a friggen waterfront mansion for $500,000!

The house has windows, siding and a roof that are less than 3 years old. The interior has been remodeled quite recently as well. I really have no major concerns. Basement is dry, no cracking in the foundation. Water heater and furnace are in the autumn of their lives, but should survive long enough for us to build up a fund to replace them.

All in all, I really think we're getting a great property at a great price that will serve my family well for a long time to come!

I'm happy for ya man. Don't forget to proudly fly a Bronco flag out front. Unless that will cause you to be cleaning egg and toilet paper off of your house daily. Keep us updated. And, now we know your address so you just may get a housewarming present.

About a few bagels wide and 3 steak tall.

Doesn't seem very big. That is about 2.3 hams right?

Depends on how much you pack in there, but that sounds about right.

I guess it makes up for that by being 78 hams long.

That is a nice size. It almost makes up for it. It would be nice if it was 3 hams wider though.
