We're buying a house!!

Well, since I have a lot of good friends here, I thought I'd share my family's happy news with ya'll. Our loan preapproval went through today, and hopefully we'll be making an offer on the house of our dreams in the next couple of weeks! The last time I was this excited is when I found out my wife was pregnant with our lovely daughter. I'm just gonna go ahead and say it...2010 is startin' out pretty damned good!
