Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Grew up 10 minutes out of Laguna Beach and my family had a cabin up in Big Bear, the mountains.
Spent a week in the cabin over Christmas one time and the last 4 days of the week were miserable. Never got sick of going to the beach, looking at the beach, being around the culture of the beach.
Born and raised here and the beach is a nice place to visit, then go back to the mountains.
I am at work, typing this looking at the sun go down over the mountains, the highest still having snow on them. There is a beutiful lake and I wonder why I would want ot go anywhere else.
It doesnt hurt when I can say I have been up and down all over the mountains too.
Colorado is beutiful too so I know why this vote has gone one way.
For me the mountains, especially if there is a lake there. I do love the beach, but the morning chill with and the evening camp fires clinch it for me.
Ill take a trip into the mountains.

Some of the views on the beach have made me cringe, but I guess if you have blinders on where you only see what's beautiful…. you would have some great views.

Yes, true. There are some... interesting views at the beach.

I've been fortunate to live in South Florida and Denver and when you are sitting in 100% humidity with bugs sweating your <insert favorite term here> you will wish you were in the mountains. And, sitting inside for 3-days because of a blizzard freezing your <insert favorite term here> you will wish you were at the beach.
