Boulder restaurants ???

Hey guys,

Later this week a buddy of mine will be in Boulder on business. He's from Cleveland, and has never been to Colorado.

I'm driving up to meet him for dinner and beers one night. I want to take him somewhere that is SOOOO GOOOOOD he'll be talking about it when he gets back to Ohio.

I'm thinking of the type of place you see on "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" or "Man vs. Food" - NOT fancy fine dining. I mean, we're talking about a beer-swilling, sausage-eating, Browns fan here - obviously not a person of fine tastes!!! :lol

So, let's hear your suggestions!

Where in Boulder can we go for some killer grub and BEER!?

I vote with this one.

The Sink is also nice if you want the college town feel, Boulder Chop House is a really nice steak restaurant, or Conor O'Neills if you want Irish.
