I try to avoid washing them if I can. I only wear em during the game so they dont get too dirty or smelly. My girl usually does it though when they do need washed.

The one thing I can tell you is don't put them in the dryer. Let them air dry.

Not all of mine are authentic, but most, I would say about 75%
