Awww, Peanut, I never feel like I have enough to contribute to GD conversation... most of them seem to be the same points over and over again... I certainly don't know enough about off-season moves and potential coaches to say anything constructive.
I was venturing into the GameDay threads there for a while. I definitely know what I'm thinkin as I watch the games, lol.
In other (topic-related) news, here's a gift my Elway got me for Christmas. I meant to get it in here a few days ago.
It wasn't my biggest gift, or even the *most* meaningful. (Maybe I'll post about that one someday... let's just say it was wedding related, and not spoil the surprise). But it WAS so thoughtful, and had meaning to us, and I definitely think you guys would get a kick out of it.
Someone (was it you, 12and4?) asked me a few weeks ago if Elway and I still call each other by our usernames around the house. He does, more than I do... calls me "Birdy" or "Bird"... sometimes he whistles or tweets at me from another room to get my attention. I call him 'My quarterback' sometimes, lol.
Anyways, he was pretty much done shopping for me, and then happened to see this and had to pick it up.
See the "Red Bird?"
It's a hoodie, and so warm and comfortable, I almost never take it off.
