Wow, these last few weeks have me feeling great!!! I've been running a lot. I've been doing moderate weight/high rep weights for strength and endurance. Lots of pullups on the pullup bar here at home. Lots of pushups. Eating better and smaller amounts.
And, the toe is finally starting to feel better!!!! It's been three weeks since I jacked it up and I'm feeling less pain.
If any of you are personal trainers I'm open to any and all suggestions. Today we're taking the kids to the park and my only request is that there are monkey bars!!!!!!
The other night I was talking to the wifey about a Camelback and she says- "Well, let's got to REI." I put my shoes on and was ready and she says- "No, we're running there!" It's not too far, maybe a coupla miles round trip the back way over a trail and up a nice long hill. It was great! She's my biggest supporter.
Anywho..... I'll keep ya'll posted. :thumb:
