Do not be afraid to show passion
I've found that when I am the most successful, passion is involved. It drives me. It inspires me. It energizes me.
People are influenced by passionate people.
There's a fine line between passion and obsession. Try to manage that boundary.
But don't disguise passion with being too emotional, or lacking in structure, or any number of things that prevent some from showing this side of themselves. Passion is mostly a wonderful thing. It often leads to very positive outcomes.
