  • Is this legal?

Must have been the local Papa Johns, they decided to literally throw rocks at my house/car with this "advertising." Now they are all over the dang neighborhood.

The guy was literally chucking them from the drivers side of the car, threw the passenger side window.

Can I notify the city, or is this perfectly legal?

I'd call papa Johns corporate office and ask if this is how they normally distribute their ads and let them know what you think about it.

My guess is that it was a really stupid individual and not how they were directed to distribute it. Get your neighbors involved as well.

There's a lot of things that are legal or allowed in Cali, that aren't accepted or legal elsewhere lol.

It just seems like a window or 2 away from a law suit.

Or what if someone claims they hit their child.

I would have just put them in the mailbox lol.

Worst case use sand, not rocks....

Do they throw them near your cars cause if so complain. Or wait for them and catch them and throw it back. Just go to some other persons house and do it so they can't trace it back to you
