An office mate here tried Randolph Carter (HP Lovecraft character). Took him 3 wrong guesses and almost 60 questions, but he did get it. I think my work mate answered a couple of the questions wrong though.

Tried several others and he was always right.

But then.... Paul Moyer. Anyone know of him? Former Seahawk DB. He's a friend of another work mate of mine. After 60+ questions and several wrong guesses the Akinator finally gave up and asked me to enter his name and description. I did it and played again. Got him in 18 questions. Crazy...
