        That is so easy with my computer and trusty smart phone... O and before you say anything it doesn't say I can't use a smart phone or laptop.... And I don't care if it was from 1899 before these things existed

          Well only 6.2% of Applicants were accepted into Harvard in 2011. And you have to remember, in 1899, not many people were going to college. Only the elite were attending universities for the most part. We aren't really dumbed down, it's just that you and I are in the middle of the bell curve. Also times change and the need to study different things arise. While it's great to know about Greek history, mathematicians, and philosophers, we have much a larger need for people studying other subjects in this day and age.

          So while I wouldn't be able to attend Harvard in 1899, I also wouldn't be able to attend in 2011 either.

                    Easy peasy! That's standard cirriculum for public education in NorCal above the Bay Area... might explain part of the problem with Raider and Charger fans....
