Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

So Bruce and his big group all came back this afternoon, and ate a bit.
But tonight, as I was making Terrell Davis BBQ chicken, I turned for a sound, and there was this smaller 9 pointer and two females. I guess the little guys don't get as much a harem, haha.
You saw Bruce's group. Although a couple of them are small bucks. There's always one or two 2 - 4 pointers in his group.
Tonight, this guy was pretty skittish, but the ladies seemed to know what I was about to do, and sure enough, they got some feed also. I had to point the flashlight at the pile of feed for him to get the idea, but once he spotted it.... :thumb:
Sorry, no pictures. It was too dark and I was busy on the grill. But his antlers were tall and skinny, with three on one side, and four on the other, plus the two little brow tines.

You keep feeding them like that and you're gunna have the woodstock of deer in you backyard
Try a salt lick on a post or something. They'll come around without you having to drop feed etc.

I gave them a salt lick when I first moved out here. Just set it on the ground out front. A big, red Morton one. Lasted about a year and a half. Killed everything around it.
I could do a little weed control at the same time. There's a patch of those nasty thorny purple things. Dead now. Good timing.
Not a bad idea. Bet the horses would like that also!
