King Ranch Casserole (layered tortillas, spiced up chicken, green chile sauce & tons of cheese, like a mexican lasagna), guac, queso, bean dip, artichoke & spinach dip, tiramisu for dessert, various chips, veggies, blah blah, whatever else i feel like making.
Setting up my Broncos table with a subtle orange & cream print tablecloth and my orange and blue Broncos Fiestaware.
My table centerpiece will be the pom pons handed out at the last Pats game stuffed into a tall crystal vase.

no buffalo meat? ***?
we had moose beef stew which was so good everyone went back for seconds and thirds. New England Clam Chowder from Legal Seafoods which is a no-brainer for New England fans. I normally drink Coors Light because you can drink a dozen or more and not feel bloated but may have to go for the Sam Adams which puts on about a pound a beer. A swig of whiskey straight from the bottle as we leave the heated tent about 7:15 to head in!
If you see a small city of heated tents come over and say hi. We respect Bronco and Tebow fans!
