I love talking philosophy. Getting to know peoples beliefs and their ideas towards the world is such a great experience for me.
I enjoy conversations with even the most close minded of people. Humans are fascinating things.sigpicThank you Charger$

I am a huge musical elitist. The music I listen to is the gold standard, and anything I don't like/listen to is crap. I don't put anyone down for what they listen to, I just think that everybody should be listening to what I listen to.
Since we are on the topic of music, I couldn't care less what a song is about. I either listen to music where I can't understand the lyrics or music that has no vocals. The words of a song don't mean anything to me. What I look for in music is the atmosphere of it, how the music makes me feel. In my opinion, it's far more impressive to make someone feel emotional with an atmosphere the music creates over mere words. Or maybe both are impressive, and everyone is moved by something different? Yea, that's probably it.
Random fact, I get teary eyed when I see elderly people cry, or a full grown man cry. Especially when the man is hard to break.Last edited by LbloodOjunkieG; 01-24-2012, 02:28 AM.

I think it's funny how judgmental people are about music. Sometimes I don't even like to tell people what kind of music I like because they make such assumptions about it.
I tend to like music for the music, as well. I have a friend who is all about the lyrics, and he has ruined many a good song for me by explaining a meaning that I was happily oblivious to before.
