I wanted to wait until all the facts had been gathered, about the good news.......zero lives lost. That is just amazing, with all that could have happened. Hope the injuries were not too severe.

Texas Tornadoes......Scary Stuff

Glad you are ok. I'm in McKinney (about 35 miles north of Dallas) and me and hubby and 2 dogs were huddled in our little half bath for about an hour, but thankfully had no damage. All the newscasters kept calling it a miracle that nobody was killed and I think they are right with how populated the areas were where the tornadoes went through. When I went to class tonight, I talked with a girl whose car was totaled, but only slight damage to her house and she escaped with no injuries. Amazing stories.Leave a comment:

It was crazy. Arlington and Lancaster got hit the hardest with tornadoes and Irving just north of DFW airport where I work got his hardest with hail. I got lucky one tornado was headed for my apartment but lifted up about a mile before it got to me.Leave a comment:
