Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

If you're handed an envelope with month, day and year you're going to die. Do you open it or throw it away???

Well there is two ways of looking at it, 1. If you look then you know & can say goodbye to all of your family & loved ones but 2. Do you really want to know when your time is up?
If you know when you're gonna go it makes preparing and such a lot easier. And though it really shouldnt I imagine knowing when you are going to die puts an incentive on getting things 'done' before you reach your....deadline?

But at the same time if you knew such a thing i believe you would not be able to focus & to basicly live your life while still alive because it would constantly be on your mind stressing you out & dragging you down.

When you know you're going to die, you have to prepare

There are stages I am sure you would go through them like any normal human would. I don't know I always think of that song by Tim Mcgraw live like you were dying
I've thought about this many times before, whether I'd want to know when I'm going to die. Part of me says yes, part of me says no. I think I'd want to open the envelope, but I think in the end I'd be too afraid to. Don't know if that sounds weird or not.
You can prepare for the end without the knowledge of the exact time your going to pass.
I feel like if I knew when I was going to die that would give me a constant pressure of having to do things before then, even though I should be living life they way I want anyways and stress free already.
Either way, the last few months leading up to that moment I'm sure I would be going insane lol
