affordable ink or the ability to refill it the cartridges.

    printer and scanner

Cost limit no more than 250-300

Please provide links to the store so I can see what it looks like (target, best buy, etc)

Lexmark has some really good printers. I'd recommend checking them out, they do have refillable cartridges.

I believe this is there cheapest printer, yet it's really good.

Wow, I'm actually gonna agree with you, Insane....

I have a Lexmark printer/copier/scanner and am very very happy with it.

It's not a rarity to agree with me. I'm a very agreeable person, it's just that I like to twist things making it seem hard to agree with me.

But I've had a Lexmark printer for years, they are very good printers. Way better than throwing money at a HP or Canon printer.

              Thanks.

I currently have a HP printer, but it is really only good just to print text documents.

Trying to print card stock wanter transfer decals it either gets jammed and have to sped 30 mins un-jamming it.

And/or the image comes out poorly. Blotchy, fuzzy, just does not look professional.
