Gatorade or Powerade?

Which would you rather drink after or during physical activity? Gatorade or Powerade?
Gatorade is the way for me!

Water or Vitamin Water.

I prefer Gatorade over Powerade though. Something in Powerade tastes synthetic.

I prefer water as well but that isn't the question.

I say Gatorade because it does have the ingredients to help after activities and they came out with new things to help like protein shakes.

Powerade just taste like sugarless Kool-Aid.

Really? I just havent been able to get myself to purchase that one yet.

But for me, its definitely Gatorade of the two. Tropical blend G2 is my choice. Although I opt for vitamin water first if available.

Ughhhhh...... I bought one of those because I thought it was going to be normal lime flavor or something and spit it out when I first tasted. Gagged down the rest of the bottle. lol

Of the two prefer gatorade. I like coconut water and pickle juice as well for hydration.

I've only tried the blue one and it tasted like plastic. Pretty sure it was Powerade.

Water for me when working out.

Fierce Strawberry Gatorade is where it's at. Sometimes I'll get a tropical punch G2 if I want the healthier one, but punch is the only G2 that doesn't taste horrible.
