A few things usually relieve my stress.
Drawing, listening to music, gaming, doing something that involves women, playing my guitar, and of course sleep.

          I normally bang something.

The PC has been whacked a few times. The remote control and phone have gone across the room.

I don't handle it very well.

I go for a drive and blast music (singing along is optional, but encouraged). Seems to do the trick most of the time.

At work, I always have stress balls in my hand, because without them I have a bad habit of slamming my fist on my desk when I'm irritated. I'm sure I annoy the folks around me with them, as I'm constantly bouncing them or tossing them in the air. Keeps my nerves calm.

At home, depends what's stressing me. When it's homework, I have a bad habit of the textbook flying across room. I had one book that I was constantly trying to superglue the binder back together because it feel apart a few times.

If I'm not pressed for time though when I'm stressed, I'll usually spend awhile on the elliptical and it well help ease the stress or tension.
