Did you do reserves or do you ship out soon for any after basic training?

Marines had a 3 week training called MCT (Marine Combat Training) and then MOS school before actually getting assigned to our permanent job.

Not yet, if I graduate first in the entire group I can pick my orders though, shouldn't be too hard lol

Keep your sheets and skivvies white, other than that keep the nose to the grindstone. Does not take much to wind up on a DIs ____ lst.that is something you do not want to do.

What rating are you looking for/at.

I was looking at being a nuke before being disqualified due to being "color blind ". Granted at basic when I went through medical the doctors told me I'm not color blind. I'm pretty much stuck as an LS for at least the next two years. I'll try to cross rate and be an EO, and then the chances of going out to sea will be slim to none
