Maybe it's genetics. Maybe we have come to like our surroundings over time, just because we adapted. Having said that, isn't it kind of cool that most of us love:
- Blue skies
- Sunsets
- Mountains
- Sparkling bodies of water
- Beaches
- Meadows
- A friendly breeze
- Green grass
Hey, many of us love a soft snowfall, or a gentle rain now and again. The list goes on.
As I say, maybe we have evolved to love our surroundings, but I could contest that point by mentioning a lot of things we never grew to love. Because this is a positive thread, I'll leave those items up to you to ponder.
And on a day like today, spring like, I am really glad we have those elements to enjoy. Today is all about fresh air, big prairie blue sky, the disappearing snow (to be washed away by rain tomorrow), and more. Hey, I may not make it out to a beach soon, but I was lucky enough to go away recently to a place that showed off its beautiful, sparkling water and amazing sand!
If you don't have them at the time, sometimes you just have to go find those surroundings!
