Ya, earlier this year I caught the WSM marathon culminating with this years event and the current WS women's as well. Jill someone won it for like the third year in a row or something. My fave is the chick who always comes in second, Heine Koinveme. She's hot and strong and from Finland, like my fave strongman, Joka Ahola.

Dang, spiral fractures are no fun. I seen a big Aussie named Nathan something or another break his arm (spiral) arm wrestling the European champ, Magnus Samuelson in the world's strongest man. Wasn't pretty.

Well bummer! That's too bad, no I've never broken those bones but I broke my radius and ulna, the two bones in the forearm high jumping in the 4th grade,(had the old fashioned plaster cast 4 five months) and have had numerous knee surgeries. Take care Just take things one day at a time and don't try to rush things, albeit I know in those situations a day can seem like a month!:

    Fibula and Tibea

I broke my fibula and my tibea. It wasnt like a normal break it was a spiral break where the break goes up and down instead of side to side. I had to have 9 screws and a metal plate put in there. It hurt so bad after they put in the screws for about 4 days. I did it December 6th so the next day was a very happy day for me. I have an aircast thing that is removable. I am so glad I dont have a hard cast that would suck. Anyone else ever break there fibula or tibea or both like I did?
Working...
