Peanut knows how delicious they are
Seems like for a food to be a trigger, it's always something we love to eat often. I would have never thought peanut butter was an issue until I tested going without it. With me, seems like once something's a trigger it is always a trigger. It kicks in pretty quick with the few foods I've found to be triggers. Even if it didn't happen every time though, no food is worth it...

Peanut butter has been my "comfort" food the last couple of months. I just found out that it's the same for hubby. We were wondering why the peanut butter was disappearing. Do you think a different nut butter would be okay for you?

Originally posted by DevilSpawn View PostSucks that you're going through that. Almonds and salmon were two of my triggers. Two things I ate religiously. It didn't happen all the time though, but the fact that I couldn't predict when the food would trigger a migraine was frustrating.

Went to bed early last night to be prepared for today - because I wanted to be alert and focused and instead was up from midnight to about 4 am, alternating between heat and ice. It's eased enough that I'm good to go now, so guess the medicine helps. But migraines suck so bad.
What I've noticed recently is I get one every time I eat something with Peanut Butter. I did not have any Peanut Butter yesterday, but I'm just figuring out that appears to be a trigger - I live off peanut butter, now like pop tarts and red wine - looks like I have to give it up.

That's actually a pretty cool story and TD's history with migraines is well known.
What I really want to know is what was for lunch. Did your choose A over B and then regretted it? Important questions!!I was Rolando McClain pretty much.
We ate at a place called Dig Inn. I think it's only in New York, or at least just the east coast. I regretted the decision because of the $$$ spent but it was sooooooooooooooo gooooooooooooood.

I couldn't see fully because I was within a chatty crowd deciding if we should go to A or B, and plus no one else noticed. I didn't think twice of it until I saw this video pop up today. This interview happened next door to one of my offices and I missed a chance to meet him. I'm still not sure it was him though because it looked like a clone haha. Then again, I see celebrities walk in and out of my building at least 3 days a week. Mostly sports figures.
@1:48 he talks about his career with migraines and what he uses now, as well as other things going on with him now. Enjoy.

Let's leave early so we can get a good spot and stand there (they said) over 15 hours??? (I said)
I have avoided Times Square on New Years Eve for decades. I caved in and decided to give it a try to ring in 2020. Worst mistake of my life. Was it incredible? Yes. Was it worth it? NO!that sounds very painful, DS and fun!!
