Did you have a good time at yours, and was it what you expected/wanted? For me, I got dumped the week before prom, so instead my dad and his friends came over & we played cards. I ended up winning $25. So mine was both good and bad. You?

I'll admit I had fun at my Junior and Senior proms.
Senior year it was held at (at the time called)Marine World. I showed up in a white tux with tails.
Then afterwards, a group of us went to Santa Cruz for the weekend. Good times!

that's funny to think of so many years past.... I remember a group of us going to a very upscale restaurant and my date forgot his wallet ... lol .. I wasn't laughing. He was alright, he gave me the money a couple days after for the our bill. Which was nice, I think it was a legit mistake...He was good looking, so that helped too. ha. Looking back at it, Prom was pretty “meh” to me.
Don’t get me wrong. I had a cute date and it wasn’t like it was a bad time for a high school thing. But comparing it to something like a buddy’s wedding, it gets a big fat 0.Comment

(think of the time and money and teenage movie themes that would have been saved!!!

And yes, I agree! If not for prom, probably one of my favorite movies "The Girl Next Door" never gets made!

I went. It was fun I had a good time. I went in a group and we all agreed to pitch in to pay for the limo but someone didnt and we were like 100 bucks short. I ended up paying for it because I'm a cool guy. No one knew except my GF at the time. Didnt get laid and didnt get drunk but I was out till 4. The after prom party was fun thoughComment
