Just had my second colonoscopy a little over a month ago. They tried to give me a wheelchair, but I was already half way out of the room. The nurse asked me what the big hurry was, and I told her I had to go move some cars around with the front end loader. lol.

The good news for me, I was so hungry and feeling so yucky after the procedure that the toast and coffee they gave me tasted like the best meal I ever had!!

Plus I did not know I could drink something else to minimize the side effects, like chills. I have been told that some folks were allowed to drink a much smaller container of fluid, whatever it is.

The prep stuff sucks. There's just no way around it.

Growing up (many decades ago) we often heard the saying, "be a man". Times have progressed and rightly so, and though the concept is still the same, the more appropriate wording is, "be an adult".
Being an adult is a significant factor when considering its impact on our youth, girls and boys. Solid role models are in deep demand. And the future is, no doubt, much more positive, the more we have.

Talk about tipsy, a couple of days ago I had a glass of wine, and apparently I placed it on an unlevel surface, only to hear it drop and crash on the floor. As a result, I have a wine soaked keyboard. FTR, not everything wine soaked is a good thing. I did not realize the situation initially because I was too busy trying to find every piece of glass on the floor, especially with a hungry dog in sight. As a result, I noticed some sticky keys. I was ready to order another board, but after taking it apart and even gently washing and drying the bad parts, it is actually working pretty good again!
And yes, bonus.....it has a nice smell of rich, crisp, fruit, and boldness, with aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and peach!

Gotta have the right wall calendar each year.....I need nice pics, usually of beautiful scenery. My problem these fine days, I am more concerned with the pics than the actual dates. Don't get me wrong, I still know some without hesitation (Christmas, New Years, Some Birthdays, 4th of July
, and even more!) But give me a calendar with lousy pics and I am very disappointed. Dates are secondary!

We have a cute female dog, but almost everyone calls her a "he". I've told people in my condo many times that "she" this, or "she" that, and next time they see her, they say "he". Is "he" the default for most smaller dogs? Don't they know that she has feelings, and how stupid she must think they are?
